Zeta Zeta Sigma Chapter History

Zeta Zeta Sigma Alumnae Chapter was chartered on January 30th, 1988 by seven women: Joyce French, Germaine Key, Edith Lewis, Venita Lewis (Omega Rho), Gloria Minter, Donna Henderson-Moore, and Patrice LaGrand (née Ransom). The chapter remained active in the Washtenaw County area for several years.

Many Sorors hail from the neighboring universities in the Washtenaw County area. It was at that moment, that Sorors dedicated themselves to the revitalization of the local graduate chapter. Zeta Zeta Sigma Chapter was reactivated on December 9th, 2021 by six women: Lauren Bates, Brittany Bryant, Lauren King, Patrice LaGrand, Aneyshua Turnipseed, and Zanita Williams.
